African Innovation Alliance (AfIA) enables the creation of workable solutions to critical developmental challenges facing the African continent by leveraging space-science technology and its applications.

 

The development and inclusion of space-based technologies within the everyday devices, systems and technologies we use today has transformed the way we live. At AfIA we believe that by connecting space-based technologies, knowledge capabilities, resources and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education programs with African talent, researchers, entrepreneurs and established organizations we can positively transform Africa, increase job opportunities and promote economic growth.
